SHIPPING OVERVIEW
At Holohunt, we bridge the gap between the Asian TCG market and global collectors. All orders are professionally packed and dispatched from our primary fulfillment center in Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
ORDER PROCESSING (IN-STOCK VS. PRE-ORDER)
- [IN STOCK] Items: These products are held in our secure vault and are processed for dispatch within 24-48 hours.
- [PRE-ORDER] Items: These are secured reservations for upcoming releases. Pre-orders will ship immediately once the stock arrives at our Fuzhou center. Please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page.
- Combined Orders: If your order contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the entire shipment will be held until the Pre-Order item is available to ensure a single, secure delivery.
GLOBAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Shipping Time: Most international orders reach the US, UK, and Australia within 7-15 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: You will receive a global tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves Fuzhou.
- Packaging: We use high-grade, anti-crush materials to protect the mint condition of your booster boxes and cases during their journey from China.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International shipments may be subject to local import duties. However, many personal orders fall under the following duty-free thresholds:
- USA: Duty-free for most orders under $800 USD.
- UK: Typically duty-free under £135.
- Australia: Typically duty-free under $1,000 AUD.
Note: Any additional local customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of Collectible Trading Cards (TCG) and market price volatility, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or non-quality related issues.
Quality & Damage Claims:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives with significant structural damage (affecting the internal contents) or is a clear quality-related error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: To process a claim, you must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage and the original shipping label.
- Factory Seals: Returns will not be accepted once the factory shrink-wrap or seal has been broken.
